Seeking Project ManagersWe are seeking a Project Manager who shares in our commitment to deliver high-quality projects, while giving exceptional customer service to our clients.The Project Manager will typically manage projects up to $5M and will be responsible for coordination and managing all necessary resources throughout the project, from start- up through closeout. The PM will provide overall leadership, supervision and technical management for all construction operations; including coordination and execution of work on time and within budget, attaining or exceeding goals, maintaining a safe work place, promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image. The successful candidate will understand the challenges in working in occupied space and the importance of delivering exceptional customer  service throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • Commercial construction experience
  • MA Unrestricted Supervisors license
  • Excellent organization and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Thorough knowledge of current commercial construction practices.
  • Must be able to read and understand plans, specifications, mechanical & electrical drawings.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with other team members and sub-contractors.
  • Must have a valid Drivers license and reliable transportation.

We are seeking a Project Superintendent who shares in our commitment to deliver high-quality projects, while giving exceptional customer service to our clients. The Superintendent position will manage small to medium projects, providing oversight for all phases of field operation including; coordinating sub-contractors, material, and equipment; ensuring that plans and specifications are being followed; work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, and all work is being conducted in a safe and professional manner. Working closely with the Project Manager will be critical part of this role.

The Estimator will be responsible for producing estimates and additional various tasks that include but are not limited to:

  • Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, and labor based on drawings and specifications provided to determine project cost.
  • Initiate, coordinate and manage the RFP process to various subcontractors.
  • Generate complete detailed estimates and budgets.
  • Manage estimate from pre-bid to contract documents.
  • Develop and maintain subcontractor database.
  • Promote positive company growth by forming relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • The ability to create schedules and critical paths.
  • Excellent communication skills; experience interacting with internal and external contacts, such as engineers & architects, sub-contractors,
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically in Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of the bid process including solicitations, quantity take-offs, pricing and bid day procedures.
  • Ability to produce complete conceptual estimates taking into consideration client needs, program requirements and existing conditions.
  • Ability to review and analyze project requirements and determine specific needs as they apply to the project.

Experience:

  • Preferred experience in commercial construction projects ranging up to $4M
  • Organized with proficient time management skills
  • Experience with Timberline or similar estimating software
