  • Description: Phase I of the fourth floor renovation of MWMC in Natick to a Behavioral Health Facility. Incorporating several smaller projects to accommodate departments and facilities that are being relocated from the present space, all while the hospital continues to operate. Multiple phases required to keep the relocated departments in operation, minimize disruption to the surrounding facilities and maintain a very aggressive schedule.
    Phase II of the MWMC renovation encompassed multiple projects, including the construction of an additional 14 bed unit of the behavioral health ward, office renovations in an adjoining building and renovations to the bariatric wing.The project will continue into an additional $1.8M scope for phase III, and is slated for completion in early 2016.
